Refund Policy

We want Nine Pearls to earn its place in your day. If it does not, you can have your money back.

14 days, full refund

Email our contact email within 14 days of your purchase with the email address you used to buy. We will refund the full amount to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason.

What happens next

Refunds are sent through Stripe and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. When the refund is issued, access to your Nine Pearls account ends. You can download your ledger from the app before you ask.

After 14 days

Purchases are final after 14 days, except where the law requires otherwise. If something is broken, write to us anyway. We would rather fix it.
